MASSIVE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Strength and Conditioning is more than just lifting weights, it is a combination of the physical as well as the psychological development of athletes. This training system helps the individual to develop brute strength, increase Anaerobic Capacity and overall performance, all in an injury-free structure.

Each Workout Session consists of Two Phases, where each Phase ranges between 20-45 minutes, depending on its structure, making the whole training sequence 90 mins / day at most.
